The mobile application for merchants will allow the administrators of commercial establishments affiliated with the municipal shopping vouchers system to be able to consume the vouchers issued available to the beneficiary making a purchase and to monitor the credit towards the municipal administration.Access to the application will be carried out using a VAT number and password provided by the Municipal Administration.The main function available in the application is that of the consumption of shopping vouchers.A citizen who intends to consume his vouchers in an authorized business will present the vouchers in his possession at the cash desk in digital or paper format, the merchant will begin the transaction procedure provided for by the application which consists of 3 successive phases:• Scan QR codes and enter unique codes of the vouchers to be used.
It will be possible to use multiple coupons in the same transaction.• Entering the total amount of the expense• Upload of the fiscal receipt
